I didn’t before because everyone hates that damn thing, but now I have another reason.
Y’see yesterday Raptor was using my account to play World of Warcraft, which I have no problem with, as he’s done it before and nothing bad came up, and I didn’t find any disturbing porn on my computer afterwards. However last night after he logged of WOW, I went to download the rest of the Death Note live action movie… and nothing.
It appears that IE is fucking itself up the ass, which I wouldn’t have a problem with is I could oh… say GET INTO THE INSTALL/UNINSTALL AREA TO REMOVE IT. It turns out that since the ie browser is dead, also so is the ability to get into such areas as the file cabinet/explorer, the help file, the control panel… you see where I’m going with this.
The rest of the day later I still haven’t fixed it yet, I will at some point, but until then (since when I did a repair-install of windows XP it left the problem but removed the information of my driver for my 3d card from the hardware profile, and to fix that requires to get into the control panel…) I have no game-love, or for that matter, 3d modeling love either.
I love my computer but right now I want to smash its little head in godamnit.
also i'm not going to the ren faire, i have 50 dollars to live on 'till the end of the month.
