I have no witty title for this entry; but it has my thoughts on yaoi.
You know, while I was looking for a crack multifandom RPG to app as Mikhail, I realized that there are very few BL game-based characters in journal games these days. Sure there are lots of slashy characters from anime and manga, but directly from Y-games? Not many.
So the question I wish to pose is: if I started a journal game (greatest journal or LJ) based on Boy’s love characters, would anyone actually play? As it is Enzai and Animamundi have been out for a bit, plus there’s quite a few other titles that while they haven’t been licensed yet, have made their way into the greedy little hands of the fen. Despite all this however, is there still enough of a draw to get players? I can whip up a setting in no time (as in this case I wouldn’t need to tear apart my room to find a core book for the system), but if there’s no-one interested… yeah.
Sooo… know of anyone interested in the idea?
and yes I’m almost done with the Animamundi review and Y-con report, just have to check that things were in the order I remembered them.
Edit: also this could be for yaoi-based anime and manga characters as well, but mainly the point is to give some people who want to play BL-game characters a place to frolic and whatnot.

I don't know why I keep avoiding that show, it seems good in the "I like lex" way... but it seems like one of those series that takes forever to catch up on.
The VA's are love. It's like the WK/PoT/YGO Voice acting reunion or something; which leads to moments like realizing that Georik is voiced by Ryutaro okiayu and then thinking, "Crawford is beaing a tease and Schuldig is an altar boy who's asking him to be gentle... OW." And Koyasu is there to badtouch every character, so that's good.
Cool. plans should be made at some point then.
(Not all that much; ever since I stopped using that piece of bloatware I haven't had the aim client open.)

Well, it's in it's 6th season, but you don't really have to see all the episodes-- it's one of those shows you can just watch whenever, too. It's really not a show that's very mainline-able.
O.o My brain. OW.
Definately. You've got my number, right?
(No wonder I haven't seen you around much.)

Oh good, I was worried that this was one of those 'stop watching for a few monts and be confused as all getout when you get back' deals.
yeah. The fact that there's a good number of big-name VA's almost makes it 100% that a wtfparing moment will occur at some point. (Tezuka/Atobe wryyy-) But it's a good kind of brainhurt.
yep, I'll call tomorrow or something, after I vote. I'd almost ask iffin you were buisy tomorrow but i'm not in the mood to do a cd-burn fest. also I like sleeping in for once.
(yeah, if someone tells me to log on I will; but considering I tended to have my entire list on 'ignore' it doesn't really make much of a big deal to me)
